Anesthesia and Pain Management

The Anesthesia Department offers a full range of pain-management services. In addition to providing expert anesthetic care for inpatient and ambulatory surgical cases, the Department of Anesthesia provides a number of specialized services within the operating room and outside the operating room setting, including anesthesia for intensive care, obstetrical, acute and post-operative pain management, and endoscopic services. Anesthesia staff also provides consultations and follow-up care, as well as, implementation of procedural and medical pain treatment strategies.
