Among the many outpatient services provided by the Radiology Department are general X-ray services in addition to computerized tomography (CT), nuclear medicine testing, ultrasonography, and mammography. GCMH's mammography unit is fully accredited by the American College of Radiology and FDA certified.

In an effort to bring full time, comprehensive MRI and Dexa Bone Density diagnostic scanning services to the community, GCMH shares ownership of Oakland MRI Center, which is now located on the hospital campus. For more information or to make an appointment, call (301) 533-4674.
